How do I get a price for a made-to-measure door?
Browse the catalogue or use the quick order pad - paste SKUs and quantities and add everything to the basket in one go. Prices are shown ex and inc VAT, no quote required.
Can you make a door to my exact opening?
Yes. We machine every leaf to ±1mm. Enter your exact width and height in the configurator; non-standard sizes carry a small bespoke fee that's shown in the price before you order.
Do you supply trade accounts?
We do. Trade pricing is already shown across the site. For volume or account terms, get in touch and we'll set you up.
Fire ratings & certification
What rating do I need - FD30, FD60 or higher?
It depends on the building and where the door sits. If you're unsure, our surveyors will tell you exactly what's required free of charge - see Compliance.
Do your doors come with documentation?
Certified products ship with the certification evidence you need to prove the specification on inspection. See Compliance for the standards we test to.
Delivery, returns & payment
How long does delivery take?
Stock items are dispatched the same working day when you order before 15:00, so the timing is whichever delivery option you pick at checkout. Full details on Delivery & returns.
What if something is out of stock?
We'll show you it's on backorder and when we expect it before you order. If the rest of your basket is in stock, you choose at checkout whether we send the ready items straight away or hold the order and send it in one delivery. Splitting it costs no extra.
Is delivery free?
Yes on orders over £45. Below that, delivery starts from £5.95 depending on what's in your order - see Delivery & returns.
